F2S uses the Feynman Technique to help you learn. Upload your study materials, and we'll generate questions from them. When you try to open distracting apps, F2S will quiz you first—if you can explain the concept, you've earned your scroll time!
How do I set up app blocking?
Go to Settings in the app and follow the "Shortcuts Setup" guide. You'll configure iOS Shortcuts to trigger F2S whenever you open apps like Instagram, TikTok, or other distracting apps. The setup takes about 2 minutes.
What file formats can I upload?
You can upload PDFs, images (photos of notes, textbook pages), and plain text. We use AI to extract the content and generate relevant quiz questions.
How does the subscription work?
F2S offers monthly and yearly subscription options. You can start with a free trial on the yearly plan. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store—you can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel, go to your iPhone's Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → F2S → Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. For refund requests, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.
Is my data secure?
Yes! Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud) with encryption in transit and at rest. We use Sign in with Apple for secure authentication. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes all your data, study materials, and learning progress.
The app isn't generating questions from my material. What should I do?
Make sure your uploaded material has clear, readable text. If it's an image, ensure it's not blurry. If the issue persists, try uploading a different file or contact support.
Voice recognition isn't working properly.
Ensure you've granted microphone permissions to F2S in Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. Try speaking clearly in a quiet environment. If issues persist, contact support.
