These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Destan Gokalp ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the F2S - Feynman 2 Scroll mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
F2S is a learning application that uses the Feynman Technique to help you study more effectively. The App:
To use F2S, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use F2S. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
F2S offers premium features through subscription plans:
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.
Some subscriptions may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
You retain ownership of all study materials, documents, and content you upload to F2S ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
You agree not to upload content that:
You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not review, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any content you upload or questions generated from it.

The App, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
"F2S," "Feynman 2 Scroll," and associated logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
F2S uses artificial intelligence to generate questions and evaluate your answers. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. The App is intended as a learning aid and should not be relied upon as the sole source of educational assessment.
You acknowledge and agree that:
F2S includes an optional intervention feature that integrates with iOS Shortcuts to encourage studying before accessing certain apps. You acknowledge that:
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App's Settings menu.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
